- Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the United States.
- How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

- How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
- What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
- Are all sales final?
Most sales are considered final. However, returns may be accepted within 7 days if the item meets our return eligibility requirements.
- What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- Are your products exactly the same as the pictures?
Due to the natural characteristics of wood and the handcrafted process, each piece may have slight variations in color, grain, and texture. This makes every item unique and is not considered a defect.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within a short time after being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
